Welcome to Carelu! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Carelu mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Miracle Offers LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

• Automatic renewal until you cancel
• Our 30-day refund policy for first-time subscribers

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

The health monitoring features in Carelu are intended for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Miracle Offers LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Miracle Offers LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
